Peacock Communications, LLC is a multi-faceted communications company founded in 2000. The cornerstones of our business success are integrity and placing the needs and best interests of our clients foremost in all our actions. We focus on teaming with our clients to provide creative and directed communications that advance their goals and success.

Our experience in a variety of industries includes governmental, industrial, healthcare, retail, organization management, tourism and more.

 

Ellie Hebert established Peacock Communications, LLC in 2000, and serves as its president. She has two degrees from Louisiana State University: a bachelor’s degree in journalism in 1981; and a master’s degree in mass communication in 2000. Her newspaper career as a reporter and editor spanned more than 16 years. During that time she won more than 60 awards for every aspect of journalistic excellence, including writing, graphic design, photography and special projects. Ellie also operated a regional magazine from 1989 until 1992. She has extensive experience in graphic design, web design, marketing and public relations. Ellie is actively involved in client projects, providing strategic and creative direction, development of key messages and slogans, writing and graphic design expertise. She has extensive experience in communications and marketing planning and implementation, public relations, graphic design and web design.


 

Rodney Gascon is a gifted and experienced graphic designer, with more than 30 years in the business. Prior to joining Peacock Communications, he was Graphics Coordinator for a newspaper publishing company where he won numerous awards for his skill in page design. He has designed a wide variety of print pieces, from brochures and reports to advertisements and direct mail. Over the years, Rodney has worked with clients in many industries. Our clients love Rodney’s calm demeanor, willingness to listen, and drive to provide imaginative and excellent designs.


 

Brenda Moates is co-owner, office manager, and our organizational master, keeping our numerous projects on track, handling client relations, press releases and a myriad of administrative duties. She has over 30 years of valuable experience working in governmental and corporate environments. Our clients love her upbeat personality, warm smile and attention to detail. A native of Georgia, she has lived in Louisiana for more than 30 years.


Our team is dedicated to providing clients with creative, impactful projects and campaigns. In order to do this, we may at times bring in other professionals with specific expertise to make sure we provide the highest standard of service and results. Our long-term affiliation with these professionals in many disciplines ensures that we are specifically addressing the targeted needs of each client and also utilizing multiple talents on projects.
